Romanò Giampiero and his own individual company Creazioni d’Interni sales either online or at the showroom in Milan, via Rosolino Pilo 16.
1. Items on sale are one of a kind or limited edition pieces designed and handcrafted in our workshop.

4. The prices of the items and their shipping costs are indicated in any listing, while for the most exclusive pieces customers have to get in contact with us in order to know our inquiry.
5. The availability of any piece , if not explicitly mentioned, is of one single item, so, once a piece it has been sold, it will be marked as “out of stock”.
6. The payment for online orders can be made through Paypal, credit card, or, prior notice, through bank wire or other agreed methods.
7. Any online order can be completed through payment and picking up at our shop.
8. The shipping of the pieces is carried out through express courier once the payment has been accounted and it will be our responsibility to write you the tracking code. The shipping of the most massive items will be specifically quoted taking into consideration the volume and the distance.
Delivery time varies depending on the distance, but usually are about 2/4 days for Italy, 4/7 days for Europe and 7/15 days for worldwide destinations.
Shipping cost includes a custom made wooden crate and the insurance. Once the crate it has been shipped and the customer has received the tracking code, we do not respond for any damage or loss not depending from us.
9. The right to withdraw is guaranteed within 10 days after the consignment has taken place and according to the provisions dictated by compulsory legal regulations, thus when the withdrawal comes along with reasonable motivations or in case the description of the piece can be considered misleading. Once the withdrawal is approved, the customer will have to return the item at his own expenses in the same condition he received it and, after our check, we’ll refund the amount (shipping excluded).
10. Items are sold in compliance with the law dispositions and include 12 Months guarantee.
11. Personal data provided by users through our online form or through email exchanges will in no way be disclosed to third parties, but only used to manage users inquiries. Complete information about privacy policy are available on the specific page.
